By placing an order through the website, you agree that you have read and agree to our “Terms or Trade” as detailed here.

When you place an order over $300 or place a  first-time order, you will be required to confirm your order, provide Proof of Identity and confirm ownership of the card or payment method used, when purchasing your order.

This is due to recent escalating number of fraud cases, we now require a confirmation email stating you made the order, plus a valid form of photographic ID which matches the name on the order (feel free to obscure any sensitive information such as a driving licence number or date of birth etc), plus a picture of the name on the credit card used which shows the last 4 digit of the credit card number (again feel free to cover or obscure the first 12 digits and the “valid to” date etc).

Shipping

Online orders are shipped from the X-Force warehouse in Meadowbrook Queensland.

Your order will typically be packed within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note, that orders placed on weekends and public holidays may be delayed.

Your order will be sent via Australia Post, the delivery time may vary, depending on your location and other varying circumstances.

Any orders that are placed that consist of any gas, co2 bulbs or aerosol cans that a placed with Express Postage, will automatically be changed to Regular postage as these products cannot be shipped via air.
