AZTECH Anti-Rotation 8mm Low Profile Bushes 440 Stainless for V2 and V3 Gearboxs

Introducing Aztech Innovations’ Custom CNC Anti-Rotation Bushes, meticulously crafted for precision performance in your gearbox systems.

Crafted from top-tier 440-grade stainless steel boasting a formidable Rockwell hardness of 60HRC, these bushings are engineered to endure and excel under pressure.

Each bushing is machined to an exacting 8.02mm diameter, held to a remarkable tolerance of 0.001mm. Purposefully engineered with a slight oversize of 0.02mm, ensuring a snug fit without risking gearbox distortion due to over-tension.

For seamless installation, we recommend employing a light press or specialized bearing tool, steering clear of hammers or blunt force tools to safeguard your gearbox from inadvertent damage.

To fortify the longevity of your gearbox assembly, we advocate for the utilization of JB Weld Original epoxy, effectively anchoring the bushings in place to thwart any potential loosening or shifting.

Designed to complement next-generation gearboxes compatible with “The Aztech Bushing” V2 and V3 variants, tailored for both gel ball and airsoft applications. However, it’s important to note that some nylon gearboxes may not provide the depth required for secure retention.

Please be advised that these bushings are not compatible with Singularity 13 Gen 8 Gearboxes.

Each set includes six meticulously crafted bushings.

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, it’s imperative to lubricate stainless steel bushings with a high-quality bearing and gear grease. Our top recommendation is Nulon Xtreme Performance Grease with PTFE (L80), a specially formulated blend of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fluorocarbon particles in lithium-based grease.

PTFE L80 not only seals out moisture and dust but also applies a PTFE plating to mating surfaces during operation, enhancing seal performance, reducing operating temperatures, and minimizing grease “throw.” With a continuous temperature operating range of -9°C to 150°C, L80 stands as the ideal lubricant for our CNC bushings and gears, ensuring smooth operation under diverse conditions.
