Warranty Procedure
To start the process of your warranty claim please head to this form and submit it (https://x-forcetactical.com/warranty-request-form/), providing full details of the product, including it’s SKU Code and the order number and order date from your purchase.
X-Force will cover your product’s warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase only, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover misuse of the product, it’s modification in any manner or damaged caused to the product from improper use, storage or any act of the customer causing such damage.
If you receive your product and it is; damaged in transit, has a manufacturing fault or it is not functioning as intended, once the product is returned to us, we will firstly attempt to conduct a repair of the product, otherwise a replacement of the product will be sent. During the warranty inspection, if your blaster is being inspected under the “not functioning as intended” scenario, and we deem it to be fully functional, and that the cause was using the free gels that came with the blaster, or gels that are not suitable for your blaster, in terms of hardness and/or size when grown, Then the blaster will be returned to you as is, with a recommendation on which gels to use, and shipping fees to and from us, will be the customer’s responsibility.
Should an exact replacement (Brand, model, style etc) not be available, we will offer the closest similar item, from our offering, in it’s place. Should an exact or similar replacement not be available, we will then offer a refund, in the form of a store credit, so you can use the refund value against your next purchase.
All shipping fees regarding warranty returns to X-Force Tactical, for warranty inspection and repairs etc., are the sole responsibility of the customer, including subsequent shipping cost to ship out the completed repair/replacement back to the customer. If the warranty inspection shows that a manufacturing issue has been discovered, that renders the item unusable, and unable to be replaced, then X-Force Tactical may reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your name, address, contact phone number and Order Number when the product is posted.
X-Force tactical inspects all items before shipping, tests include, but are not limited to:
- Gas Magazines hold gas (Do not be concerned if a small amounts of Maintenance gas is still in the magazine) [All gas magazine, should be stored with some Maintenance gas in them, when not in use. To keep the seals and O-Rings lubricated and prevent them from drying out, shrinking and going brittle]
- Pistol Magazines Lips are un-damaged.
- AEG Magazine motors function and blasters cycle through their shot profile correctly.
- All items are present, for items that contain accessories, are multi item packages or bundled Specials.
Refund Policy
X-Force Tactical does not have a change of mind refund policy, so please choose your items carefully before placing your online order. For customers ordering inter-state, the onus fall to you to ensure the items that you intend to purchase, are legal to buy and own, under your state’s laws and weapons licensing regulations. X-Force Tactical can accept no responsibility for items that are purchased from us, that contravene any laws or licensing requirements in your state, and cannot accept any purchases sent back to us either in part, or full, for refund. As this would constitute “Change of Mind”. For customers outside Queensland, please check, before you buy.
For instore orders, we do not offer a “change of mind” refund, please be sure to discuss with our staff the suitability of your item, with regards to your intended usage and expected performance levels etc.
Refunds will not be issued if: you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, suffer “buyer remorse” or are found to be responsible for a causing a fault with a product and subsequently try to request a warranty refund, or the item was ordered online either by mistake or without the cardholder’s knowledge.
Change of mind refunds for online orders will only be considered if, the request is made prior to the item being shipped, and will be subject to a 12.7% surcharge (deducted from the refund amount) to cover our internal administration costs and restocking fee.
Refunds under our warranty policy may not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been damaged by the customer’s actions. (except package seals)
- The product’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
- The product’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
- The product has been customized, modified or upgraded in any way for a specific buyer’s requirements (i.e. A custom build to the buyer’s specification).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts, for reasons other than due to our error.
- Any item where the warranty has not been notified within the 30 day period after purchase
- Internal, or upgrade parts, were installed by the buyer incorrectly (Please check parts before installing). Once installed, we take no responsibility for broken items, due to incorrect installation or incompatibility of said parts causing damage or poor performance.
