CowCow AAP01 SS Auto Sear

CowCow AAP01 SS Auto Sear

The CowCow AAP01 SS Auto Sear (CCT-AAP01-053) provides a precision-machined replacement component for the Action Army AAP01 platform. CowCow machines the sear from stainless steel, which gives builders a strong and durable option for compatible AAP01 builds.

Additionally, CowCow uses precision CNC machining to create accurate dimensions and consistent contact surfaces. The company then applies its MAF polishing process to smooth the component’s working surfaces. As a result, the sear can interact cleanly with other compatible parts within the AAP01 mechanism.

CowCow also includes a 200% Auto Sear Spring with the package. Therefore, builders receive both the stainless steel auto sear and its matching upgraded spring in one set.

Importantly, CowCow states that this component can help address unintended full-auto operation when an AAP01 should operate in semi-auto mode. Consequently, it can provide a useful replacement when diagnosing or rebuilding a compatible AAP01 internal assembly.

Furthermore, CowCow designed the component specifically for the Action Army AAP01 platform. However, aftermarket parts and individual builds can vary in tolerance. For this reason, always check alignment, movement and component interaction during installation.

Finally, the CowCow AAP01 SS Auto Sear suits repairs, maintenance and custom AAP01 builds. For best results, have someone familiar with AAP01 internal mechanisms complete the installation.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Action Army AAP01 platform. CowCow notes that individual assemblies can vary, so some fitting may be required depending on the other components used in the build.

For best results, installation should be completed by someone familiar with AAP01 internal assemblies.
