In the Real Steel Version, the Knight’s Armament MK11 (SR-25 [Stoner Rifle-25]) was a precision designated marksman rifle and semi-automatic sniper rifle meticulously crafted by Eugene Stoner and expertly manufactured by Knight’s Armament Company.

Featuring a rotating bolt and a direct impingement gas system, the MK11 draws inspiration from Stoner’s iconic AR-10, meticulously rebuilt in its original 7.62×51mm NATO calibre. Remarkably, in the real steel version, up to 60% of the MK11’s components are interchangeable with the AR-15 and M16, encompassing everything except the upper and lower receivers, the hammer, the barrel assembly, and the bolt carrier group.

Originally, the MK11 barrels were precision-crafted by Remington Arms, showcasing 5R rifling (five grooves, right twist) with a twist ratio of 1:11.25. The MK11’s substantial 24-inch (610 mm) barrel is ingeniously free-floating, ensuring that handguards attach to the front of the receiver without making contact with the barrel. This blaster is supplied without any sights. The options would be to either use basic iron sights to keep the cost down, or add a Sniper Scope to give it the real look of a classic KA MK11 (SR-25) as it would have been used in the real world.
