Perun Extra Small Mosfet

Perun MOSFET is the smallest MOSFET device on the market. Specialized, ultra-low resistance transistor used in Perun channels power from the battery directly to motor, while the mechanical contacts only have to handle small currents to turn MOSFET on and off. That greatly extends their service life and lowers overall resistance resulting in a more dependable replica with higher rate of fire.
