The SKD M4 Drum Mag CQB Gel Blaster is quite possibly the most cost effective blaster on the market. What a great way to get into the hobby, if you’re a youngster wanting a budget first blaster, or just on e tight budget.

The Blaster has 2 fire modes, “Off” and “Full Auto”, that markings around the fire select are for aesthetic purposes only.

For a full nylon blaster, the performance was quite impressive. With some cool feature, such as a voltage meter above the pistol grip and an illuminated replica site, with a green reticule. Also, you can choose between the Replica Green Holo Sight, or you can install the plastic “iron” sights instead. It’s up to you.

Assembly of the Gel Blaster is very easy and doesn’t require and prior knowledge or special tools. The instruction sheet is in English and very easy to follow. The only thing it doesn’t cover is installing the sights. The plastic “Iron” sight are a friction fit and simple need to be pushed, firmly, into place. The Replica 551 Holo Sight, has a small knob, used to loosen then tighten the mounting, once you have slid the sight to require position on the picatinny style top rail.

DISCLAIMER
Do not upgrade any part of your toy gel blaster as this will void the warranty. Upgrades refer to pulling any of the blaster apart or opening it up, changing springs or upgrading the battery from 7.4v to an 11.v battery.
