This item, though appearing to be a standard Right hand holster, is actually designed to be worn inside the trouser waistband, with the metal spring clip on the outside of the trousers. This makes it either a Left-Handed conceal carry holster, or right-Handed external carry holster, as it can be worn inside the trousers and under a loose fitting shirt that shits over the top for concealed carry, or clipped to the outside for a standard carry.
